The Real Season Begins with Off-Season PREP!!! A Comprehensive 4-Week Program that includes Movement Specific Training, Plyo Ball Warmup & Throwing Program, Resistance Band Training and Bullpens Designed to Enhance Movement, Arm Care, Flexibility & Velocity Program Includes: • Velocity Improvement Program • Comprehensive Mechanical Review and Enhancement • Pitch Shape and Design education • Live Bullpens to stretch out for start of season • In-Season Warm-up with Bands and Plyo Balls • Enhanced Movement & Flexibility Program: Core, Arm, Hip • Long Toss Program for In-Season warm-up & maintenance • Focus is to help players develop and learn proper mechanics to enhance Velocity and Consistency Pitchers who Move Better will Throw Harder, Longer and more Consistent!!
